Description
This equipment (TCA39-1280/3A) mainly tests the voltage, capacity and other parameters of cylindrical battery formation/capacity grading, and classifies the battery according to the test results, analyzes the data, and uploads and shares them. It adopts a needle bed tray carrier design with more than 1280 channels; the battery is single-point independent, and each battery has an independent constant current and constant voltage source, which is stable and impact-free. It adopts an 8/16-channel programmable constant current and constant voltage control module.

- The equipment is controlled by STC51 single-chip microcomputer and connected to a computer. It can save all test data and curves, and can also be operated directly through the keyboard of the equipment to set the process to complete the test and sort.
- Real-time detection and display of the status of each battery. If there is an abnormality, the channel will stop working and the indicator light will be on.
- It has a power-off protection function, and can continue to run the original workflow after a call.
- The power tube uses a field effect tube, which is suitable for batteries with lower voltage discharge, such as lithium iron phosphate batteries.
- The graphical operation interface is intuitive and clear. It displays the voltage, current, time, capacity and other data of each battery at the same time, and can set different colors to display the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions.
- The equipment accuracy is 0.05%, the data recording time is 1 second/time, and the stability is high.
